Windows 11 option to enable wifi gone

my laptop all of a sudden lost the ability for me to connect to wifi - only ethernet. i've run troubleshooting, restarted the computer and the network settings, etc etc. please help. here's my settings - running a victus hp laptop Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H 2.30 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) Device ID 17534E8A-0DE4-488C-A723-1DB950F1A355 Product ID 00342-20888-92040-AAOEM System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
