Windows 11 Option to log in with passkey from "iPhone, iPad or Android device (QR code)“ is missing

As you can see in this support article (Support for passkeys in Windows - Windows Security), in the "Sign in with your passkey" menu there should be the following options: "This Windows device", "iPhone, iPad or Android device" and Security key (I can't test the "Linked device" option because I don't have an Android device). However the option "iPhone, iPad or Android device (Sign in with QR code)“ is not displayed for me. Have already tried it on two Windows 11 Devices (Build: 22621.2428).Anybody have any idea what could be the reason for t
