Windows 10 Optiplex 3000 Micro

my company is using optiplex 3000 micro (common PC), the previous version of bios is 1.18, a few month ago we tried to updated to 1.20 but got issue whenever we try to switch user, error message is "domain is not available......" so we downgrade to 1.18 but somehow it got updated recently to 1.24 and unable to downgrade as it mentioned "downgrade not successfully due to unsupported version" althought we do a factory reset for the bios, it still the same error message. anyone can help? fyi: it is not connected to internet at all
