Windows 10 Other Windows 10 users get 0xc0000022 on almost all .exe applications

Hello, Long story I always find a solution online to all the issue I face but this time, for the first time ever I am not able to find solution or a post with exact issue.I tried to troubleshoot all solution I found here on answers about this error - Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022), but nothing seem to help.For this I even formatted my machine ( laptop Lenovo legion y540 ) delete partitions, created new and installed new fresh Windows 10 pro.I need to accounts for what I do, so after windows is installed and all updates installed and drivers updated I add/create a new w
