Windows 10 Outdated driver keeps getting reintsalled - Causing Crashes (AMD) Windows 10

I recently rebuilt my PC. It worked fine for a few months but now i'm running into multiple BSOD errors. I believe it is being caused because of this driver.The 6700 XT Driver is my new graphics card and I believe the AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics driver is my old driverI've tried removing the drivers, I've reinstalled Windows, I've tried using DDU to remove the drivers. If I uninstall the Radeon(TM) Graphics Driver it immediately reinstall itself.If I view the properties of the driver it displays message "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
