Windows 11 output audio keep switch from bluetooth earphone to laptop speaker and vice versa continuously

I am using windows 11 on my lenovo laptop; when I connect any bluetooth audio device, the device stays conected but output audio keep getting switch from laptop speaker to earphone and vice versa within seconds continuously. its like for a micro sec I hear from earphone then from laptop speaker then again from earphone
