Windows 11 Over the last two years of owning my laptop I keep getting the BSOD error VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR . How do I stop it from happening?

I have an Aero 16 xe4 laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU and a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H. At first, I couldn't play any game without my laptop crashing so I completely reset it and that helped for over a year now. I am now having the same BSOD error code as before and I would like to find an alternative method than a factory reset as it apparently wasn't a permanent fix.
