i bought a new hp laptop installed , booted it up first thing i noticed everything is too big , installed android studio for my work in it and noticed how elements inside designing tab are blurry , tried messing up with display settings and found out setting scale settings in display to "100" fix my problem , but the thing is it makes everything too tiny. so i started digging more so i just now need to make android studio's scale 100 then i found out about "override high dpi scaling" the thing is . It doesn't do anything ... 
i tried setting it for multiple apps but it doesn't work at all ,
