Windows 11 Paint left white artifacts around the edges of an image pasted onto another image. How can I get rid of these?

I saw the same question posed before, but no solution that solved the problem was offered.Using the paint application:When I copy an image with ANY color background and use <transparent selection>, with the 2nd color set to the background of that image, then paste that image to any other background, the pasted image retains artifacts from the original background around the edges. In the example, I set the 1st color to red, selected the brush tool, then wrote the word "hello" once using a line width of 1 px, then again using a line width of 8 px.see two printscreen imagesI just noti
