Windows 10 Palm rejection stops working when laptop is charging

I have an IdeaPad FLEX-14API. When it is not charging / connected to a power adapter the palm rejection works completely fine. When it is charging though, palm rejection fails to work and my pen is not even recognized when my palm is on the screen.Yes, I do have the "Ignore touch input when I'm using my pen" setting enabled.I believe this is a bug. I have also read some other community posts that highlight this same problem.
