Windows 11 Paradox launcher works on newly created Windows 11 admin account but not on the old one. Paradox refers to Microsoft.

Here is the problem: The Paradox Launcher from Steam worked until a while ago. Now it doesn't work/cannot be installed (though it is installed but not found by Windows 11) with the error message "access denied": *Scenario: Uninstalls Paradox launcher. Clears all residual files. Clean the registry. Run Advance system care, cleaner. Restarting computer. Starts Paradox game within Steam (started as admin). Asked if Paradox Launcher should be installed. Installs Launcher. Everything works, plays for a while. Log out of game to desktop. Now when I try to run the game again, Wind
