Windows 11 Parts of a Chrome pop-up window end up off the bottom of the screen - how can I prevent this?

Hi.I'm using a website called Buffer on Chrome on Windows 11. As I use the application, a number of popup windows gradually appear in different parts of my screen, the last one always appears right at the bottom of my screen - but a critical part of it (the save button!) is always hidden off the bottom of my screen. The only way that I seem to be able to access it is to change the zoom level of my Chrome window, and then zoom back out again once I'm done.
