Windows 11 PC accessories stop working for a few seconds, then turn back on when i use the computer

When I use my computer, sometimes all my accessories turn off for a few seconds, then back on. Even the lights inside my PC freeze, then flicker. I tried everything to fix the issue, but no luck.
