I've encountered a peculiar issue with my computer, and I'm baffled about what might be causing it. After stepping away for a while, perhaps to make a cup of tea, I returned to find my PC behaving strangely. I can't open any applications, reload Google, or save my current project. When I attempt to open new programs, they appear as grey screens. Even restarting the computer is proving impossible, as the cursor is stuck with a laggy loading wheel. The only way I can resolve this problem at the moment is by pressing the power button on my PC.Could you please help me diagnose and fix this issue?
