Hello,I am having an issue with my newly built desktop running windows 11. Basically, Windows randomly lags for about 5-10 seconds then returns to normal. Sometimes this happens just once, sometimes it repeats itself with brief pauses in between. During these lags I cannot interact with windows in any way, but music keeps playing for example. It happens usually during regular office work (browsing internet, office apps, Spotify...) upon interacting with UI (moving mouse, typing on keyboard, clicking mouse button... often when switching between applications).
