Windows 11 PC bluescreens when launching most games.

Like the title says, most games will cause my PC to blue screen on launch. This has been an ongoing issue for a few months and despite uninstalling graphics drivers, installing new ones from both GeForce Experience and the Nvidia website itself, I haven't found the solution.
