Windows 11 PC can't boot when windows is in 2nd Nvme slot

So I have this problem... I bought a new NVMe for my PC and because it is faster than my old one (that have windows installed on it) i put it in the first M2A slot, and the older one in the second M2B slot. So the problem is that my PC wont boot at all when the NVMes are at that order (it just turn on the RGB and fans). When I remove the new NVMe and the old one still stays in the second slot, there is no problem. I cant rearange the boot order in the BIOS bcs the PC cant turn on when the NVMe is on the MOBO. No i dont want to install windows on the new NVMe, YES i want them in that exact orde
