Windows 11 Pc crash?

I was in the middle of playing f1 23 split screen and whenever we were on the starting grid for a race the bottom players screen would glitch out and flicker inbetween black and the race (this did not happen for player 1) then after it got to like the last light it the whole screen would go black and it would make a low buzzing noise and then my pc would go back to the omen start up screen and id have to relogin like it restarted itself
