Windows 10 Pc crashes after playing a game downloaded on new SSD

So I recently installed a western digital SSD with 1t of storage on it, and every now and then, it crashes whenever I close a game downloaded on it. No BSOD, it just freezes, goes to a black screen and restarts. But I can play a game downloaded on my old SSDs just fine, it won't crash after closing the game.
