Windows 11 PC Crashes everytime i exit a game.

Hi, i've been having this issue for a couple of days now, everytime i leave a game after im done playing, the PC just completely freezes, and becomes unresponsive. Im always forced to shut it down via the power button to restart it.I've tried updating my BIOS, doing the sfc /scannow command in command prompt, and restoring the files, but nothing has worked.In event viewer sometimes it shows that an error has occurred, IPF id 17, ESIF.These are my specs:Windows 11, 23H2, 22631.439112th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700F , 16 GB RamNVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TiAny help is very appreciated.
