Windows 11 PC crashes on startup or when closing games.

So I've been having this problem recently where everytime I startup my PC it crashes almost instantly and one wouldn't even notice that it crashed. I've gone through all the textbook things like deactivating certain services that might be responsible for the crashes as I've seen in the eventmanager as well as cmd fixes. But that is also the extend of my know how around fixes. So at this point I don't know any other way or better said I couldn't find fixes that work for me online.My setup is as follows:AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core ProcessorMSI GeForce RTX 3080Crucial Ballistix 2 x 16GB DDR4-3600 DI
