PC crashes during regular work, more often during Teams meetings, very rarely during gaming. I assume it might be caused by the Radeon VII video-card but not sure due to ambiguous event viewer logs and reliability history.
Can you please review my Memory.dmp and let me know if it has any additional info?
Usually, I can't see BSOD, but recently it said KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION which leads to google search results summing it up to "blame drivers".
sfc & dism commands didn't have any effect as well.
Types of crashes:
1. Sound keeps working fine, image freezes, no inputs available, mouse pointer frozen. ~25% of crashes
2. Everything freezes and sound becomes loud repeated glitch. ~40% of crashes
3. PC simply restarts. ~30% of crashes
4. BSOD. ~5% of crashes
This happens regularly over the course of year with rare silent periods for a month or so. Sometimes several times a day. The most often occasions happen during Teams meetings. Keeping Windows and other drivers up to date doesn't seem to have any effect.
