Windows 11 PC didn’t start correctly loop

Hi, I got a new PC running windows 11 but for some reason my account didn’t have any permissions so I couldn’t open some apps without selecting ‘run as administrator’. I looked up a fix to this and followed the steps and now am in a loop where it says ‘Your PC didn’t start correctly’ or ‘Startup repair couldn’t repair your PC’. I have tried everything from all the videos I could find on the internet solving this issue and nothing has worked. I have tried resetting my PC and it says ‘There was an error resetting your PC, nothing changed’. Please help, I have no idea what to do. The microsoft te
