Hello,
I’m running Windows 10 version 20H2.
In January, my PC couldn’t boot anymore after applying the KB4598242 update. The boot process would get stuck just after BIOS POST. After hard resetting the PC 3 times, Windows would eventually enter the automatic repair mode. The only way to solve the problem was to uninstall the said update, and pause Windows Updates.
After pausing Windows Updates for 30 days, I eventually ran it again today. Unfortunately, after installing the latest KB4601319 update, I ran into the very same issue. So, I had to uninstall the update and pause Windows Update again. However, it’s been now more than one month since I can’t install any updates, so I’m getting worried about this.
Any advice?
