Windows 11 PC freezes completely 30 seconds after starting up at the Home Screen.

Hello, I need help fixing this issue with my whole pc freezing shortly after starting up at the Home Screen. I’m currently on windows 11, everything has been okay up until yesterday I froze in game, and when the PC reset, it now freezes everytime after loading up. It starts like normal, I type in password, get to home screen, can move my mouse or click things like normal, and then 30 seconds later everything is frozen. I’ve disabled all startup apps for a clean start up. I ran the memory test. I reset windows completely (but kept files) so I have latest OS version. I reset my bios to factory d
