Windows 11 pc freezes randomly and turns off bluetooth windows 11

So I just started to have this problem where my pc will just randomly freeze then all Bluetooth devices will disconnect. It will get out of the freeze in a few secs then everything connects. it's just annoying while gaming, watching videos , listening to music or anything. I did make sure everything is up to date and it is so i don't know. It all started to happen when I defragged my pc with smart defrag 8 then this started to happen.MOTHERBOARD- ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E CPU- RYZEN 7 5700G RAM- 32GB 3200MHz GPU- GTX ZOTAC 3060 12GB
