Windows 10 PC freezing for 5 seconds, audio still playing, beeping noise when trying to scroll.

Hello, I am a bit concerned about a recent event that happened to my Windows 10 PC (and has happened a few times before). I was just watching a video on YouTube when suddenly my PC froze, I could still hear audio. Then, I tried scrolling, moving my mouse but nothing happened and I just heard beeping noises. This lasted for around 4-7 seconds and then unfroze. This has happened like 3 times before, but I just thought nothing about it. This time I tried to investigate, I was Checking my monitoring, I noticed that before this happened, my CPU usage was rising, however that might of been from the
