So basically what happens is when I'm playing a game, My PC was suddenly freeze and the audio will also freeze for a few seconds then my PC is complete frozen and I'm forced to power it down with the button. I've checked my Ram with the memory diagnostics tool and everything is fine. I used the HDD scan and my drives were fine too. I really don't suspect my hardware to be the problem as my computer is a custom built and I built it 6 months ago. I suspected it could have been something with valorant because it kept crashing when I was on that game but I uninstalled and redownloaded it but it still happened. I saw a post talking about a charging cable short circuiting the PC so I ejected mine but it still happens. (it happens like once a week). If anyone could help that would be amazing. I'ts been happening for the past 2 month and it scares me so much.
