Windows 11 PC hard freezing, usbs lose power?

Asus Rog Maximus Z790 Herointel-i9 13600kfGigabyte 4090 AERO 24gbCorsair RM1000x2 Team Group T-force Delta 16GB DDR5 Ram sticks2 980 Pro SSD NVMeBeen having this weird issue with my PC when gaming. It doesn't happen every time but seems to occur when the game is more stress full on the system. The event viewer log says WHEA error event ID 1 is a hardware error and that seems obvious. CPU and GPU temps don't seem unusual CPU reaches 47C GPU 45-55. The PC will hard freeze and my keyboard and mouse lose power and function. The screen is frozen on the last thing it was displaying prior to freezing
