Windows 11 PC has 1TB HDD and 256gb SSD. Would it be better to Install windows on the SSD?

I used a bootable USB I made from windows creation tool with an old laptop I have. I decided this was the only way to get this PC back online and was okay wiping everything and starting fresh.
