So I have this pc a while, I updated it to windows 11 pretty much as soon as windows 11 came out. I had some problems with my disk and after messing up a bit I decided to just reinstall windows on my ssd using a usb I set up with my laptop. Everything was fine until I noticed my pc would no longer connect to the internet without a ethernet cable, which is weird because it used to connect to the wifi no problem before. I check settings and now there is no option for wifi other than the ethernet. I scanned for hardware changes on device manager. When I trouble shoot the network t says "Windows c
