Windows 11 PC is connected via ETH | Printer as Wifi - unable to connect to printer

I have a PC connected via Ethernet (192.168.1.50) to a switch. The switch is connected via cable to another router 192.168.1.1(to LAN port) - this is the internet Gateway. Printer is connected via Wifi(static IP 192.168.1.51). All devices is gateway-ed to 192.168.1.1. PC and Printer dont meet. Ping timed out.Also tried running HP smart, but unable to detect the printer. Any ideas?
