Windows 11 Pc is having BSOD crashes while gaming and randomly getting critical hardware errors in reliability history monitor. Please Help!

I have been getting random BSOD crashes over the last few months. I can use my computer normally but if i run a game it will randomly crash either with a full BSOD crash or just freezing and crashing to the desktop. I can play any game great for a little bit then I start getting random crashes. The game will usually just freeze and then crash to the desktop with no BSOD but every now and then I randomly get a full BSOD crash and bugcheck reboot. I appreciate the help! PC Spec:Motherboard- Asus ROG Strix z690-E gaming wifiGPU- Asus Rog Strix 3080tiCPU- I7 12700kRam- Corsair dominator DDR5 5600
