Windows 11 Pc is slow after clean install

I did an clean install of windows 11 (i deleted all my files too). Now my pc is slow and not opening apps fast. Usaly my pc turns off imedietly when I turn off now when I turn off its still on for like 20-30 seconds and then it turns off. Is there something i did wrong?
