I already made this post but the person stopped responding and the fix stopped working.My pc only stops lagging after a restart.I tried to fix it with this stuff and it didn't workI also tried these CMD Prompt Commands:sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthI tried system restore, Disk Cleanup and clean boot which didn't help.Specs:CPU: Intel I7 950GPU: Nvidia GT 610Ram: 24 GBOS Drive: Name: SanDisk SDSSDA120G ATA DeviceOther Drive: ST2000DM001-
