Windows 11 pc picking up sound (gaming)

Hi, I know that this issue has been up before. I tried those methods but I still have the same problem. The problem is that when I game the other players can hear everything I do in the background: when Im hitting the keyboard keys, if im tap my table etc they will hear it. the pc/microphone is picking up the sound. I¨ve tried many methods but havent solved it. I have windows 11 on a desktop Lenovo LOQ Tower (Intel) Gaming Desktop
