Hello everyone, I have posted about this issue before but no one gave a correct tip on how to fix this. So basically, my electricity was taken for a few days, and when it got back, I had to print a few documents and to my surprise, when I booted up it casually said "Memory decreased F1 Resume F2 Setup" (I have a American Megatrends Motherboard) and then, i had 8gb ram. I looked at resource monitor, and to my surprise, 8233MB Hardware reserved?? So i asked, every "fix", i tried them all and noone work (both ram modules work, since as im posting this i have 16gb ram) but, this is how it happens:
