Windows 11 PC rebooting itself, Can't access anything or back up file, Microsoft says something went wrong when trying to access recovery key as well, what do I

I currently have an HP Omen with a Nvidia RTX 3060 TI Ryzen 7 5800X processor 16 GB of RAM and I got up and turn my PC on today and it keeps rebooting itself. I tried sfc /scannow in command prompt I've tried to check disc and of course it won't until I reboot or says cannot run disc checking on this volume because it is write protected and I don't know what to do. I tried to get my recovery key but for some reason the only page that says "sorry but we are having issues right now" happens when I try to access the recovery key webpage. I really don't want to reset my PC but if it's my last and
