Windows 11 Pc restarted while USB drivers were disabled

My keyboard was having issues with not connecting, so I used my mouse and went to device manager, and was disabling the USB drivers without realizing it would affect the mouse as well (in hindsight, very dumb of me) while doing this by PC shut down and restarted because of a Windows update. the drivers are still disabled. I cannot use my mouse or my keyboard and I cannot access the computer because of the lack of keyboard. Is there a way to fix this?
