Windows 11 PC restarting while gaming for no reason / CS2 keeps tabbing in and out problem

Hello!I have 2 Questions:No1: recently when i play CS2 or other games, the PC is just crashing shutting down and restarting. I dont know whats the problem with my PC i recently upgraded to a Ryzen 7 78003XD and a GTX 4070 super. I have the latest Drivers, Windows 11 and hardware but still issues with it.
