Windows 11 pc shutdown issue

Every time I shut down my computer and turn it back on the computer goes into a black screen then I have to go into automatic repair and do a sfc /scannow in the command and restart, sometimes it doesn't work and i have to repeat the process multiple times. I've tried resetting my pc and it still doesn't work.
