Windows 10 PC shuts down when display driver installation flicker happens

Hello everyone,I got my PC compartments cleaned yesterday, but after putting everything back (normally), I wasn't able to boot normally. I tried swapping out RAM sticks to see if there was a malfunction, but no, there was not. I could boot into BIOS or safe mode, but not normally, as I know Windows should work.After 4 hours of continuous hassle, I decided to re-install Windows 10 Pro to see if there was something to do with Windows. I managed to boot into Windows normally, but when it started to update, my PC shut down again, and the same problem reappeared.This time, I ran Safe Mode and found
