Windows 10 PC slows down every few minutes. Ran sfc scan, found that there are corrupt files

I have a windows 10 and it's slowing down recently, every few minutes for a minute or less.
I ran many sfc scans and the corrupt file that shows is

i tried using dism /online/ cleanup-image /restore and it didnt do anything


i dont know what to do, cant find any solution for it. Already scanned my drives and they are all working, no errors. Can someone please help me
