Windows 11 PC takes 5 minutes to boot up

Hello, My PC takes 5 minutes to boot up. When I turn my PC on the motherboard and fans start but nothing shows on the screen for 5 minutes. After this the MSI motherboard sign shows and within 5 seconds it loads up. I have tried doing a clean boot this has not helped. I have also got fast boot turned on (which is clearly not very fast) and I have also cleared any unnessesary waste files. I have only had this PC for 2 months so it is fairly new and I am not using any HDD. Operating system: Windows 11 ProMemory: 64gb RamStorage:2tb (for files)500gb (for windows)
