Windows 10 Pc wont boot to windows set up (turned on for the first time)

I have the thumbstick with the installation media for windows 10 and it won't boot into it.Whenever I save it to my boot option and save changes and reboot it doesn't reboot and it just shuts off and I have to turn off my power supply and turn it back on to get it on again
