Windows 10 PC won’t detect GPU even when connected and fans turning on.

Display port has no signal even when the cables are inserted correctly, tried to reinstall drivers and troubleshoot but was met by “No NVIDA GPU is detected on your system.” Fans work fine when PC turned on.
