Windows 11 Pc won't start after i changed RAM speed in bios.

I changed my ram speed from 2666mhz to 3200mhz after getting my new ram (Corsair vengeance 2x 8gb ddr4 3200mhz).After the update i tried to start my pc, but the screen doesn't turn on/no signal, keyboard and mouse don't light up and work. Only fans and motherboard leds work. I tried removing the CMOS battery, but it didn't work. What should i do??
