Windows 11 PC won't turn off display after specific time anymore after hardware upgrade.

I recently updated my GPU, case (with new USB controllers for fans), and AIO, everything is running good except the display won't automatically turn off anymore, it would go black for a second and turn right back on. The system could still go to sleep automatically when I turn off the monitor, but this doesn't happen every time. So far I tried everything I can find online, even contacted NZXT since they made AIO and all the fan controller.
