Windows 11 PC won't wake from sleep. Fans and lights go on in my case and on my components but no signal is displayed on monitor.

Hello, After updating to windows 11 and replacing my video card and power supply my PC does not wake. For months I have been using sleep and my PC would wake but all of a sudden when I put it to sleep it will not wake. When it is in sleep, I press the power button or jiggle the mouse and the fans start and rgb of cooler turns but the display shows "no signal".I have to hard reset and this also resets the bios. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of my drivers and updating my bios, and resetting the CMOS but none of this works. I have also tried to disable hibernate an
