Windows 10 PCI Memory Controller and SM Bus Controller in Device Manager seem to no be working (Hardware Ids and Problem codes in Description)

I just noticed this when going into Device Manager. I know they are intel devices but I already used their tool on the web to scan my system and update the appropriate drivers. I don't know if theses are related but I updated windows to see if it fixed it but nothing changed. Tried updating drivers from the web but windows didn't find anything.GTX 1070 Graphics Cardi7-7700 CPU32 GB 2400 MHz (4 x 8) RAM500 Watt power supplyEthernet Connection (800mbps up and 20 down)
